Why this structure
£29 gives an independent a credible entry point. £59 supports a five-person studio without charging five separate subscriptions. £99 gives a ten-person practice a clear upper tier. Keep review and approval in every plan: that is the product’s distinguishing workflow.
What must be validated
- Image storage, delivery and support costs per active studio.
- Willingness to pay from independents and small teams.
- Usage limits and additional-seat economics.
- Tax treatment, trial length and cancellation terms.
At the proposed monthly prices, 100 Studio subscribers represent £5,900 of monthly subscription revenue before taxes, fees, infrastructure and support. This is arithmetic, not a forecast.
